I purchased 100 boxes of Optimised Food Supplement P-Centa Forte from a distributor in New York to sale these products in Costa Rica and have the representation for it. The invoice and shipping occured on October 24 of 2014 and the boxes had the manufacture date October 20 of 2013. I was traveling out of the country for more than a year now that i come back i notice that the product was already mfg a year prior the purchase, is this legal? TY Nathalie Toro

Unless your contract provided something else, or these items were spoiled when you got them, there is no issue. However, a breach of warranty claim has long expired since 2014.
