We still have to pay during hurricane Irma car got stuck they said engine failed , KiA is saying we did not maintain the car did not change the oil we did but we don't have any receipts and gas station we change it's close only one is open , to change the engine they won't $ 7.000.00 . We have lease left for 18 monthes what is our opstion

You will likely have to hire a lawyer to address this if there is a dipsute about why the car "got stuck" and the engine failed. In the mean time you definitely want to get the mainetance records showing you had proper maintenance as they will typically put this on your credit and sue over such damages.
