what are my options

More details to this question:
my mom bought 2005 Chevy cobalt almost 2 years ago.a month into it car started itself doors locked couldn't get in she was at work.finally got in alarm went off lights flashing wouldn't let car start.had it towed to Tunkhannock dealer they had it 3 months she was still making payments didn't havery car to drive had to pay taxi to get to and from work had 4 or 5 recalls after that didn't have car again.then took it for inspection said it was doctored up underneath.all rusted bad. will pass for now but needs to be fixed before next year maintain vehicle like clock work now engine went I still owe 5000.00 and have no car again she's 70 years old dealer sells lemons took advantage of her age

Sounds like she has possibly a breach of warranty claim against the dealer.  Need more information about the sales contract, what was promised, etc. The Lemon Law would not apply because this is a used car not a new car.
