What can I do or what should I do about my vehicle

I purchased a dodge ram 1500 in dec. 2010 & also purchase a lifetime bumper to bumper extended plan (My warranty expires in 2094). I started have a problem with my vehicle at around 88,000 miles, it will stall while you are driving without warning. When the vehicle stalls, I have no brakes & no steering. My vehicle now has 213,000 miles on it. I have taken it to one dealer 8 times & another dealer 2 times for this same problem, each time paying my $100.00 deductible. I am afraid one of these times when my vehicle stalls & leaves me without steering & brakes that I am going to have a accident. What should I do?
