More details to this question:
A pawn shop recently told my husband I pawn items of his , without law enforcement , he simply pointed out items and said those are mine who pawned then and they told him, is this illegal ?

If you pawned someone elses items, thats illegal and felony and there may be remedies under Fla. Stat. 539 that your husband has. You may need to retain a lawyer ro advise you on this, especially if this is a presursor to a diivorce event.
