More details to this question:
I enrolled at ITT Technical Institute in 2007, I graduated and I tried to pursue my B.A. degree at another college and I was told that it was not recognized. Before registering for classes at ITT Tech I specifically ask if my degree would be recognized by any college and they told me yes, but now I am over 40,000 dollars in debt for a school that is not even recognized by any college that I try to attend.

Unless it is in writing, no one is going to admit to telling you that, and you will have no case.
