QUESTION

Will I have a case?

Asked on Sep 16th, 2016 on Consumer Law - Florida
More details to this question:
Monday I opened an un expired Juicy Juice box that I buy for my toddler. This time I took a sip and immediately spat the juice out. I shook the box again and noticed I felt something moving/loose inside. I cut the top of box opened and almost DIED what I found inside! I have no idea what it is. I took pics of the expiration date May2017, pic of the object in my sink once I poured out the box, pic of the opposite side of the object and pic of the empty box inside. I first sent a message to Juicy Juice on their website but no reply. Also sent them a in box message with the pics on their official Facebook page but no reply. I am totally disgusted as my daughter drinks these once a day cause I take one to daycare with her for afternoon snack. Please provide any insight on what I can do in this matter to first verify what this mess is I found and two, if anything can be done about it.

Unless the object has caused some substantial damages, there is not much value to the case. This may vary once the object is identified and that would usually require you spending some money to send it to a lab for analysis. You can retain a lawyer to help you through the process.
