QUESTION

would I have a case

More details to this question:
on my lunchbrake I went thru the mcdonalds drive thru to get a salad...Bacon ranch Crispy chicken n when i got to the job i was mad bc it looked like some of the salad was already eaten n the 2peices of chicken that was in there felt stale..so i snapped a picture n called the mgr n she apologized n said i could get a new one tomorrow n i said ok n hung up. Ive been fasting all day bc I got my blood drawn so then I put the ranch on the salad put the top on n shook it, I was eating the salad n I tasted something that taste sick so I spit it out n it was half of a roach..i could taste it in my mouth so i began to throw water in my mouth snapped a pic n I called that mgr back. She spologized gave the wrong number to health relations. I began to throw up thinking half of the body is in my teeth i started to feel i was having a asthma attack. Panicking n chiking on the Silvia I had in my mouth i in  .... my chest started hurting n so I left work n went to the hospital..im starting to feel lo

Hopefully you have witnesses other than yourself you can attest that you ate the roach and saw it. First issue it they may not believe you now, because you originally called in to complain that it looked like the salad was already eaten and stale. Why on earth would anyone eat a salad that was bad enough to call up and complain was already eaten by someone. This may cause credibility problems in the case.
