Hi! Ok so I signed a contract with someone...to rent out my online clothing stores (Ebay and Amazon) I sold all my current assets (CLOTHING inventory) and he in turn hired me on a part time salary to be a fashion buyer and list items for sale etc. plus 5-8% commission of gross sales. Now I want to sell JEWELRY on the side to start to build something for myself again and hes telling me pretty much NO or he will stop everything, including my job position and commission. NO WHERE in my original contract does it say anything about not competing or selling stuff online at the same time I am working for him. From my own stores. Also, hes got access to my paypal which is a main form of payment online and I would have to be able to have access to that as well to receive payments from my side business.
