my son took out loan for girlfriend for breast implants. she agree to make the pyments . she made two cash payments..then quit and broke up with him. When ask for her to make the payment she said " i dont know what you are talking about..can he sue and win this in court

He can win if the Court believes that he loaned her the money. He will lose if the Court believes here when she says it was a gift.
