a contract conflict between a patient and a sergeant and the ceo of the clinic

More details to this question:
am a patient to a cosmetic clinic where I had lipo after surgery I realized in the agreements forms there is no name but the crazy thing is the self contract form between CEO and sergeant has a different name than the one in the center ...... IS THE CONTRACT LEGAL DOES IT MEAN I HAVE NO FORMAL AGREEMENT SIGNED WITH THE CEO AND THE SERGEANT?

What in God's green earth are you talking about? Its completely rambling and makes no sense. You need to retain a alwyer to review your contract if you have questions about it.
