QUESTION

acceptance letter is misrepresentation..

Asked on Jan 15th, 2015 on Contracts - Florida
More details to this question:
Hello I am a pilot. I made a contract after receiving acceptance letter from Agency. Agency sent me to the partner airline to build my flight time. The acceptance letter said the partner airline is receiving 3 aircraft in the next 2½ months with the first one to be delivered in a month. Agency obviously has available corresponding aircraft documentation from the lessor including serial numbers of the aircraft and all training is done 3-4 month. However, at this point of time it has been passed 3 and 1/2 month...partner airlines does not have an aircraft and the training has been done only 20 %. the agency does not have documents evidence of aircraft when they send us acceptance letter. Probably, misrepresentation but agency told us if we stop the program now , it is breach of contract so no refund...I feel threatening ...it is true story and give a answer then I will take a legal action asap...

It doesn't work that way. You will likely have to hire a lawyer first, at your expense, to review the contracts and THEN decide what legal action should be taken.
