Am I still financially responsible for the vehicle?

More details to this question:
I received a car loan in 2010 and in 2011 the state of Arizona got an abandoned title on the vehicle. When the state received the abandoned title they issued a clean title without a lean on the vehicle. I am seeking advice on whether I am still financially responsible for the vehicle or not

A lien secures a debt, but it is not the debt itself. Even if the lien was validly removed from the car, that would not mean that you did not owe the loan.
