QUESTION

Am I Violating A Non Compete With This Action?

Asked on Nov 05th, 2014 on Breach of Contract - Florida
More details to this question:
I developed a library of "Exercise" videos, specifically along the lines of "How To Get Fit With Cross Country Skiing". My website and the library of videos was bought by an investor. I signed a non compete that stated specifically that I would not produce any "Get fit with skiing, or any skiing related videos". It did not state I could not produce videos, or any other type of "get fit" videos. Almost a year later, I decided to produce videos along the lines of "Get fit with beach workouts". I received an email from the investor stating that I was in violation of the non compete and that I was to remove all my videos. He acknowledged that "although your videos do not have any skiing content, they do violate the nature of the non compete". The non compete was extremely specific with regards to skiing, nothing else. Am I violating the non compete or could I be sued for breach of contract?
