More details to this question:
An exgirlfriend had power of attorney on money while my incarceration. She was Supposed to invest the money and made agreements. I just got released and Found out the money been used on other stuff that i dont know of. Do i have ground of breach of comtract? I have letters to prove my Case.

Its not breach of contract, its breach of fiduciary duty.  She had a fiduciary duty to use the Power of Attorney in your best interest, presumably to do with the money what you told her to do.  If she did not do that, she breached the duty she had to you.
