Good morning, I ended up in breaching a contract for a job. I signed for, but did not actually joined. This happened due to family reasons. Now my supposed to be employer is threatening to sue me and is asking for monetary compensation. The letter in this regard came too late and in the meantime I ended up signing up for a job which better suited my family's needs. Kindly help me negotiate this situation.
