More details to this question:
I had to hire my own landscaper to take care of my property which is located in Hudson,Florida. This is been a long time coming (15 yrs.). The most drastic step I've had to take. Recently the new Board of Directors declared why home a unique design and private plantings.Over two months ago I notified all concerned that I was hiring my own landscaper to take care of my property. In that time I have continued to send a portion of my monthly payment to the HOA , but have deducted a major portion to pay for my landscaper. They have recently sent me a bill for unpaid HOA fees and continue to have its landscaper come onto my property omitting The area in question that caused the breach. My landscaper reports to me and he does a fine job I want the HOA landscaper to stop and respect my property rights please help me please advise me.
