QUESTION

Breach of contract for a loan

Asked on Jan 21st, 2020 on Breach of Contract - Florida
More details to this question:
I loaned a woman $13,000.00. I drew up a contract that she was to pay 50 dollars a week or 200 a month. It's been a little over a year and she only paid me about 600.00. I haven't got a payment in over two months, again. What can I do get her to pay? Help!

You can sue her for breach of ocntract HOWEVER, unless you had an acceleration clause in your contract (making the entire amount due upon a default) you can only sue for the installments as they become due, you don't have any right to collect the total amount early.
