Breech of contract.

More details to this question:
I signed a contract to provide a service, (Magic Shows) and in return I would be compensated within ten days of sending the invoice for said services. After, or now more than ten days have passed, I still have not received payment. Am I still responsible to continue to perform even though I haven't been paid?

As a general rule, a contracting party is not required to perform his/her/its contractual obligations if the other contracting party has materially breached the contract.
