QUESTION

By signing a new service contract does it void previous contract (which is not expired)

More details to this question:
Last march I signed a one year contract for martial arts. Yesterday I signed a new contract to expire in February instead of March. (We are military and will be moving in February). However I will need time to get our household in order prior to the move and was wondering if I can use the three day cancellation clause in the contract to cancel the entire thing or if the previous contract ending in March would then go into effect.

The new contract may have superceded the old, depending on their exact terms.  From what you've written, it probably did.  However, if you cancel the new contract, the old one would remain in effect.
