Can a bank be sued?

More details to this question:
If they break a contract reguarding the skip a payment on loans? Pay the fee and they still take your payment adding an additional month to you loan.

Its hard to answer your question without specific details. But as a general rule, yes banks can be sued if they break the terms of the contract just as a consumer/debtor can.
