QUESTION

Can a business legally do this?

Asked on Feb 19th, 2015 on Breach of Contract - Florida
More details to this question:
I've been a member of LA Fitness for 4 yrs. I was asked yesterday by the manager if I was previously employeed there as a trainer 6 yrs ago. They said they have a new corporate policy that no one formerly employed as a trainer is allowed to be a member anymore & they were revoking mine even though they said I wasn't doing anything wrong, it's just a new policy. I contacted HR to send me my new hire contract from 6 yrs ago and a copy of the policy. She said no & it's not a written policy, more of a verbal but that they are privately held and can revoke anyone for no reason?
