Can a contract for a fight uphold in court?

More details to this question:
I'm planning on getting into a fight with another fellow and I was wondering if I made him sign a contract stating that he was a willing participant could I still be charged for assualt and battery?

The answer is "probably not," but you could be charged with a number of other crimes for which the other person may not have the power to consent (involving breach of the peace, disorderly conduct, etc.).
