Can a contract void other legal documents?

More details to this question:
Can you lose ownership of a vehicle if you sign a contract even if you are the title owner? Can you be sued if you are the holder of a cell phone contract for a company and you suspend the cell phone contract without partners agreement?

Your question is very unclear. Vehicles/Cell phones? Yes, a later contract can modify an earlier contract.
