Can i add a new clause to a contract?

More details to this question:
I created a contract for my clients, if i add a new clause and they dont agree with it, are they still obligated to finish the terms of the contract they signed?

Assuming your original contract is enforceable, yes.  You are merely making an offer to modify the contract.  Your clients are not obligated to agree, and if they don't, the original contract remains in force.
