Asked on Nov 06th, 2021 on Contracts - South Carolina
More details to this question:
I sale custom T-shirts out of my home. These shirts have special walking instructions you must follow or it will ruin the shirt. I include instructions with every shirt. This person bought $130 worth of shirts , she did not follow instructions and said a few messed up. She is treating me with a refund but from her message only a few messed up not all of them. She is threatening to sue me. No contract or anything was signed just verbal agreement and texts about the shirts.

Anybody can be sued for anything, but if the Court believes what you say, you should win.
