Can I do anything about junk fees I found on a new car purchase within 24 hours?

More details to this question:
I just purchased a new car. When I got home and reviewed the contract, I found I was charged a delivery fee twice. I also believe, they scammed me into paying an advertising fee, saying it was manadatory.

Start by making a written request of the dealer (send it by certified mail, return receipt requested) for a refund of those fees. If refused, you can sue in small claims court.
