The lack of witnesses or notarization does not invalidate the contract. Assuming that there are no other problems (e.g. your ex claims her signature was forged, that she was under duress when she signed it, that the agreement was subsequently modified, that she paid you, etc.), you should be able to enforce it in Court, or get damages for the breach.
