Can i get my refund if installation never works.

More details to this question:
I bought a car alarm from an audio store. They have never installed the device properly. I have brought it back 5 times in two weeks. They will not refund my money and uninstall it. Saying the installation is "guaranteed for life". So in their mind they would work on it for a lifetime before they would uninstall and refund.

The seller has a reasonable right to cure. If they have finally installed it correctly, I don't think you can force them to refund your money.
