Asked on Dec 30th, 2016 on Contracts - Florida
More details to this question:
I have a special needs son. We wanted to get him braces so we took him to the orthodontist. We set a treatment plan and signed a contract. We put down $1000 deposit. After the 3rd treatment it ended up being too much for him and caused a great amount of anxiety. Can we get out of the contract?

Not unless the contract provides for a cancellation due to your son's special needs or some other means. This will all revolve around the terms of the agreement.
