QUESTION

Can I get out of this contract?

Asked on Nov 24th, 2015 on Contracts - Florida
More details to this question:
I signed a contract to have solar panels put on my home on September 21,2015. The panels have not been installed yet, due to permitting still being in progress. I received a call from the city electric company that the paperwork was submitted incorrectly/not filled out completely by the company who submitted it to the city. I really want out of this contract as I rushed in to it anyways, and now I feel as if this company does not know what they are doing. I would rather go with a more reputable company. Does this give me the means to void my contract?

Nope. You can't get out of contracts because you have second toughts and want to amplify an issue to attempt to justify the position.
