Can i hire a lawyer for this case

More details to this question:
I buy a car one month ago in a big dealer after one month they called me i have to return a car because the bank refuse cover the loan because im part time job when i give a copy of my income one month ago and everything was ok i put my old car trade in the value 1700 the put as a down payment for 2000 now i have to back a car they sold my old one and they give me only 500 for my car but thats not enough from theyre i deposited a check in my bank the check return because they dont sign the check now i have to wait my bank send me a letter plus i dont have any car

You need to hire a lawyer to address this. The problem is that its not likely a contingent fee to start and you will likely be paying out of pocket to sort this out. On on hand it seems liek a yo-yo cam on the other that there were misreprsentations re: your employment.
