can I really be sued

Asked on Apr 30th, 2014 on Breach of Contract - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
I requested a payday loan, this company has my send birth date and all, they say they electronically deposited into my account but I never received it. And my bank is a credit union they don't just take in deposits. I never got the money and now they wasn't me to pay and they say they are during me for theft.

Of course you can be sued, anybody can be sued for anything, but if you never received the money, and if you weren't responsible for the lender losing the money (by providing the wrong account information for example), then you have no obligation to pay.
