QUESTION

Can i reserve the right to refuse service?

More details to this question:
Today a customer ordered food and drinks paid and then decided to have another beer. He stepped out to smoke a cigarette then left without paying for the beer. During the service he bragged about how he would forget to pay the former owner and took items from the business. I want to know if i have the right to refuse service due to the fact he's stealing from us?

If you are the owner you can- may want to have him tresspassed to make it formal
