Can i sue a ex client of mines for beaching a service coontract without notice or reason?

More details to this question:
I have a Janitorial and Cleaning business and my client decides to cancel service without notice of a performance issue bus states that she is terminating service due to performance issues and she hasn't complained about service or given an type of written complaints to notify us of issues with service.

If your client breached the conract, of course you can sue her for the damages you suffered due to the breach.  However, nothing you've written indicates that there was any breach, unless your contract has a definite term, requires notice. or limits her right to terminate in some other way.
