More details to this question:
I was 2 months behind in payments of a mobile home I rent out. I went through court to get the person out. I kept the mortgage corp. informed. I was finally driving to frustration when I they threat to pick up the mobile home. I said ok, pick it up. The mobile home is in NC, I just retired from the USN in June. I was just informed by the mobile home company that they have been dealing with the person I took to court to evict. The person refused to move , so the court was going to send out the policeman. Now the policeman can't do anything to her b/c the mobile corp, has been taking money without my permission.
