What are the procedures for a breach of contract? I have a company that provides cars for no loans under 90 days. The owner Eric Hurst is not following contract procedures to provide tags for a vehicle I’m paying for. The contract states tags and taxes are included, yet no tag is given. Do I have a case with you?

Your post isn't clear as to what the transaction is. You claim you bought a car then you mention something about "no loans under 90 days" while also claiming you are still paying on the car. You can all our office at 1800-922-6442 if you want to try to explain it more coherntly.
