More details to this question:
My friend beg me for money I did not want to give it but I did half the payment is months away from the recent one , one was in August and the other half was December 9th she said she would pay me back and lied I have receipts in text message confessions

I don't see any reason why you can't sue your friend, but of course that doesn't necessarily mean that the court will believe you over your friend (assuming that she claims to have paid you or has some other defense).
