QUESTION

Can I sue someone for changing a clause of contract without my agreement ?

Asked on Oct 03rd, 2016 on Contracts - Florida
More details to this question:
We had a contract with rules, all of us agreed but then the CEO changed the rules without our agreement. I am looking to know if I can sue him to get my money back as our agreement is technically not existing anymore and I therefore paid him for something I don't agree on.
