More details to this question:
A dealership in pompano named lptn sold me a car lied to the bank about how many miles were on it(50k less then actual mileage) lied about my down payment lied about me being on insurance and lied about the financing to me. Im 21 years old had a van as a down payment and 0 credit I was aware that they tried all they could for the finance however I did not know about all the lies in the end it was a 20%finance on a "13000" dollar car total came out to 22k which is way more then 20% after I realize all the lies I call them stating I would like to cancel everything and they said no or if yes they wouldnt give me my van as downpayment back. These guys are crooks and lie to get what they want and don't care if it messes with someone else and what they think they 're getting out of a contracted deal along with that they still refuse to show me financing info from the bank they only show the dealerships 13000 for the car itself...

You may have a violation of Fla. 501.975. However, these cases revolve around the contract terms and the documents that you signed. You will typically need to retain a lawyer to review such a case with an hourly rate and retainer unless THE LAWYER determines that your case is clear enough and easy enough to collect a judgment on to warrant a contigent fee. Many of the cases consumers feel are "clear violations" are not. For example, its obvious that you are not familiar with amoratization of loans relative to your claim that that the interest rate is "way more" than 20% based upon the totoal loan value. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact our office at 1-800-922-6442 for a FREE consultation.
