Can I take a contractor to court for not coming back to fix mistakes?

I had a fire and paid a company to come gut and rebuild. The work was completed and the company was paid, however, there have been issues with things needing to be corrected. The contractor was sending someone to fix things but we had a disagreement and he stopped answering my calls/text messages because he was angry. Is there anything that I can do?
