can i throw a person out of my home because he's a alcoholic and has stolen my ss number to purchase things online and from the tv? he don't shower

this is an x husband i felt sorry for, i took him in out of pity, he never showers, don't even own a toothbrush, he stinks!!! he drinks 24hrs a day. I have grandchildren that are not safe around him, he drops his narcotics on the floor.He stole my ss number to make purchases from the tv, I have proof of this. he is discusting and I don't want him on my premises and my home which I am the sole owner for 25 yrs.

YOu may have to evict him if he claims he resides there, if so you will need to hire a lawyer to do this ASAP. Easiest and cheapest means to get him out may be to have him arrested for the narcotics posession/use by calling the cops on him. To be clear, you will not get far with seeking sympathy for the children now, since you invited him in and created the exposure by usuing bad judgment from the beginning.
