can my parents take my truck without notice

More details to this question:
My parents have threatened to take my truck it is in their name but has been in my possession for over three years. They're holding bit over my head for everything I do. I pay for the upkeep and insurance but it is not in my name. I have a job and my own place can they take it without a notice? I need to be able to commute to work

If its titled in thier name, its thier truck and not yours. That you put gas in it, for example, doesnt confer ownership. If you dont want them "holding it over your head", give it back to them and get a truck of your own or make other arrangements. If you like using the free truck, then you will likely have to put up with thier conditions.
