CAN OUR PRACTICE FILE A COMPLAINT FOR BREECH OF ETHICS?

I WORK IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT OF A MEDICAL PRACTICE AND ON E OF OUR DR'S DID SOME WORK FOR A LAWYER OF A PATIENT WHO WAS IN A WORKERS COMP CASE. AFTER AGREEING TO THE DR'S FEE THE DR WROTE THE REPORT AND SENT IT TO THE LAWYER. SINCE THEN WE HAVE RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION FROM THIS LAWYER. CAN WE FILE SOME SORT OF COMPLAINT WITH THE PENN. BAR ASSOCIATION?

Assuming that it was the attorney's obligation to pay the charges, and not the patient's alone, you can file an ethics complaint with the Pa. bar, and can also sue the attorney for breach of contract.
