Can Sears charge me to replace an appliance that has now been discontinued?

More details to this question:
They have delivered me three damaged side by side regrigertators.The last one was missing items that had to be shipped to me. I have had seven services call on the last one and want it replaced. The model # I have has been discontinued. Can they charge me the difference in price from what I paid for the discontinued model and the new model?

Maybe - depends on documents that accompained purchase but it sounds like you have never received what you paid for in the first place
