More details to this question:
I put a stone tile floor in my niebors house twelve months ago he likes to go barefoot and he's complaining that the corners are slightly elevated and he stubb his toe. We have been trying to figure something out to make it better but haven't come up with a solution. He has slandered my name around my nieborhood and has threaten to sue me twice. Can he sue me because he's not happy with the kind of tile he choose for his flooring ?

The short answer is yes, he can sue you.  That doesn't mean he will win.
