Can we sue a concrete paver company over defective pavers

More details to this question:
We hired Accurate Pavers to resurfaced our Lanai with concrete pavers in June of last year and within just a few months the colors had started to fade from bright browns and tan to a washed out dirty/gray. We have requested countless time for this company to fix the problem but they refuse to do anything.

Depends - your warranty for that - if one exists may be with the manufacturer. Were thepavers not sealed?
