Asked on May 18th, 2014 on Breach of Contract - Florida
More details to this question:
There are hundreds if not thousands of customers of Invicta Watches out of Hollywood Florida being victimized by having our watches not returned after a minimum of 6 months after having been sent in for repairs. I sent mine in in November of last year and the company will not send my Venom model back to me no matter how much I ask about it. I have their emails as evidence. They have an F rating on BBB. No one will help, not the state attorney; hollywood police; or anyone else I have reached out to; can you pls help?

I dont imagine that anyone will take such a case on a contigent fee as there may or may not be any money recovery to it. Warranty issues are always hyper techinical. It may be worth your while to hire a lawyer to send a civil theft demand letter to try and get the watch back at least. This may cause them to sendyou the watch back, un-repaired of course, or to finish repairs if they were just draggin feet and may be worth spending a couple hundred dollars to do.
