Challenging a private company request for proposal

Hi, A private company issued a request for proposal which we participated in but we did not win it. We wish to challenge it. Are there any legal basis for that? Thank you

As a general rule, private companies, unlike government entities,  are free to establish their own criteria for who wins a bid. I would think that your chances of succeeding are very slim.
