Send a certified letter to the company and the lawyer that represented them during the lawsuit indicating that they did not comply with the terms of the agreement, and if the document is not removed form the personnel file you will file a motion to enforce litigant's rights, seeking costs and fees. If they don't remove it or don't respond, you will need to file the motion with the court.
